General Refund Policy
At Valuematrix Research, we are committed to providing high-quality research and advisory services. However, due to the nature of our research services and the immediate digital delivery of recommendations, our refund policy is as follows:
No Refund Policy
All subscription fees paid to Valuematrix Research are non-refundable once the service has been activated and recommendations have been delivered. This is because:
- Research reports and trade recommendations are delivered immediately upon subscription activation.
- The services are consumed upon delivery and cannot be "returned" like physical goods.
- Service fees include analyst time, research infrastructure, and SMS/communication costs.
- Market recommendations have time-sensitive value which diminishes after delivery.
Exceptions to No-Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally made duplicate payments for the same subscription, the extra amount will be refunded within 7–14 business days.
- Technical Failure: If due to a technical error on our end, your subscription was activated but no recommendations were delivered for more than 24 hours after activation.
- Pre-Activation Cancellation: If you contact us within 24 hours of payment and before your account is activated and no recommendations have been sent, we may process a refund after deducting processing charges (not exceeding 10% of the subscription amount).
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (if eligible under the exceptions mentioned above), please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@valuematrixresearch.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include your full name, registered mobile number, payment transaction ID, and reason for refund request.
- Attach proof of payment (bank statement or payment screenshot).
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, or credit/debit card) used during the time of payment.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of the unused portion of your subscription period. Upon cancellation:
- You will continue to receive recommendations until the end of your paid subscription period.
- No new subscription term will be auto-renewed unless you explicitly request renewal.
- Your account and data will be retained for 30 days post-cancellation before deletion.
Disputes and Grievances
If you have any dispute regarding refunds, you may escalate the matter by:
- Contacting our Grievance Officer at grievance@valuematrixresearch.com
- Filing a complaint with SEBI SCORES: scores.gov.in
- Contacting the nearest SEBI regional/local office
Changes to This Policy
Valuematrix Research reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
