Valuematrix Research is a SEBI Registered Research Analyst (SEBI Reg. No. INH000XXXXXX). We provide stock market research reports and trading recommendations through digital channels (SMS/WhatsApp/Email). Our services are strictly informational and research-oriented.

We do not:

• Execute trades on your behalf
• Hold or manage your funds
• Provide portfolio management services
• Offer guaranteed returns or profit promises

3. Eligibility

To subscribe to our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of India
• Have a valid PAN card and bank account
• Have an active trading/demat account with a SEBI-registered broker
• Complete the KYC process as required by SEBI

4. Subscription and Payment

By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees as listed on our Pricing page. All prices are exclusive of GST (18%). Subscriptions are valid for the period purchased (weekly/monthly/quarterly) and do not auto-renew unless explicitly requested.

Payments once made are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy. Valuematrix Research accepts payments only through official channels as listed on the Payment page.

5. Risk Disclosure

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All investments in securities markets are subject to market risks.
• Past performance of recommendations does not guarantee future performance.
• Valuematrix Research does not guarantee any profit or return on investment.
• All trading and investment decisions are made at your own risk and discretion.
• You have read and understood the risk disclosures as per SEBI regulations.
